Valerie Murphy, MA, LPC, BCPCC Hello, I’m Valerie Murphy, a Board Certified Professional Christian Counselor, a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Masters degree graduate of Clinical Psychology from Wheaton College. I counsel individuals from teenagers to adults, as well as, couples from a Christian-based world-view framed in solid psychological skill. I have strength specifically in working with those who face a variety of life issues including; anxiety, grief, stress, depression, low esteem, transition and career change. I also work with marital/relational challenge such as; anger, abuse, co-dependency; as well as, premarital preparations, release from family patterns, healing of past hurts and desire for spiritual growth. My approach is of a holistic nature working with heart, mind, soul and strength for you to reach greater emotional health and well being.
