Cara Jones, MA, LPC BCPCC (Board Certified Professional Christian Counselor) Hello! I'm Cara Jones, a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. I serve as the assistant director of Stenzel Clinical Services, Ltd. My clinical experience includes counseling individuals, couples, families and groups with a diverse set of challenges, including depression, anxiety, marital and relationship issues, parenting, grief and loss, self-esteem and life transition. Additionally, I have experience working with women in the healing process from post-abortion grief and trauma from a Christian perspective. I particularly enjoy helping women and couples gain insight into themselves, heal past wounds, and make positive life changes in their journey toward wholeness.
