I realize what a big step you are taking in seeking out counseling. My
style is relaxed and warm providing a safe and non-judgmental place
where you are free to explore who you are and discover a deeper
understanding of yourself. Ultimately, the goal is to see you acquire
new skills and ways of thinking that will create a positive and healthy
change for you.
I am a bilingual and bicultural Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Illinois.
