Tracy Humphrey, MA Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor
What if you were created for something very different than you are currently experiencing? What if the pain and suffering that you are enduring could slowly be replaced with peace and contentment, restoring your reason to hope again? Foundational to my approach to therapy is my belief that God made each person walking the planet as a unique creature, designed to bring Him glory. I do not believe that we are meant to spin our wheels, stuck in patterns of relating that bring us frustration and anxiety.
I am a licensed clinical professional counselor and have worked with individuals, couples and families over the years, helping them to find new ways of relating with the significant people in their lives. I have a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Counseling from Gordon-Conwell Seminary in Massachusetts. I am passionate about helping people to live their lives to the fullest, as life has no dress rehearsal.
Relationships are powerful vehicles, both for pain and for healing. I believe that counseling is a special type of relationship through which God can redeem what has been broken and restore what has been lost.
