Elizabeth Thorsness

Hello! I'm Elizabeth, a licensed clinical professional counselor with a master's in clinical mental health counseling from Loyola University. Before that, I earned my bachelor's in child development psychology at Vanderbilt University. I'm currently studying spiritual formation and discipleship at Moody Theological Seminary.

Much of my work is with children and teens facing social, emotional, and school struggles. Many challenges are part of a bigger picture, and I focus on anxiety, adjustment, relationships, and building social skills. Working closely with parents is a key part of how I help every child heal.

I also have a heart for college students and adult women working through questions of faith and identity. I love meeting women in their pain and offering hope and healing through Christian counseling.

I believe every person is made in the image of a loving God, so I treat each person as the unique individual they are. I want you to feel cared for, respected, and gently challenged toward real, life-giving change.
