Most of us carry pain we rarely let others see. It takes courage to invite someone in.

Over decades in social service and ministry, I've walked with people through all kinds of hard things: severe trauma, sexual abuse, marriage crisis, grief, family tragedy, parenting struggles, and major life changes. Every story is different, and it's a privilege to offer a place where yours can be honored and explored with compassion.

I look at the whole person. We carry trauma in our bodies, and learning to notice and care for what we're feeling is the first step in facing what overwhelms us. Often there's something underneath the current struggle, patterns that grew out of earlier parts of our story. Finding the "why" at the root helps us understand those patterns and start building new ways to respond.

My approach is trauma-informed and strength-based. I believe we're all doing the best we can, and that God made us remarkably resilient, able to change and grow. We were made for relationship, and healing happens best in a safe, supportive connection with another person. I'd welcome the chance to walk with you.
